I'm thinking about swapping my 185's with ASA GT1

i'M looking to keep a sqare set up with 18" wheels on e92 xi. Can someone help with proper offset and possibly spacer if the wheels are too pushed in? whats the best tire size to not get the stretched look ? will these wheels have an issue with spacers since they require centering rings? lots of questions here thx.
