So you think our gas is expensive

Just got back from The Netherlands Gas 1.65 euros about $2.55 Cdn/Litre
Diesel is about 40 cents Cdn.cheaper

A BMW dealer told me that half of the BMW's he sells are diesels. Cars are much more expensive because taxes are about 50% (19% in ontario)

hell expensive, close to $100 to fill up the tank...I still remember fill up the whole tank with less $30.00 back in 20 years ago!!

I'm happy that I'm not in Vancouver.. woooo, those prices are now including a carbon tax!

yup carbon tax sucks! it's $1.52/liter for regular gas and still going up...=*(

I grew up in New Zealand and moved to Vancouver 10 yrs ago. Back then gas was $1.01 NZD so I can only imagine what it costs now.

I think that everyone is so used to cheap gas and so dependent on their cars they think its a right to to have cheap gas and to drive, whereas in many countries where gas/cars are expensive its a privalege

How much is that carbon tax? Thats crazy, their really pushing for people to go the eco route.
