Hi.
New to forum. Just purchased 2009 330d m sport. Traded in Audi S3 so see how it goes.
Compared to the S3 the BMW is so much more fun to drive, although it may take some time to get use to not having quattro system the actuall feel of the BMW as a drivers car leaves Audi behind in my opinion.
All my other cars have been modified but think im leaving this one alone, im amazed at how good the 6 cylinder diesel sounds too.
Only mod is getting seperate imobiliser fitted for additional peace of mind.
Anyway hi to everyone.

Hi people.
Just collected my 6 month old E91 330d Msport in Alpine white ... Oh yes:-)
I recently came from a 120d which I had whilst I made my mind up what to get...lots of cars have sat on my drive in the last 25 years and moved on quickly but I really think this one is a keeper.
Alpine White, Pro Nav, Dakota leather, IPod USB, phone cradle, etc etc.
Alpine audio upgrade being done on Monday to get the sound a little better, Garmin navi already fitted (after putting a 12v p/s in) so I can have speed camera alerts (shocking you can't add poi on a 2k navi!) & Pure dab also fitted in the glovebox routing audio into the armrest input. I just need to find the dab antenna feed into the car (if it has one) and route that to the Pure & then maybe upgrade to the later one....
Not sure if I like the look of the new one... But 45k + for a specked one is a bit rich for me.... So I guess I will have to put up with "only" 6.3 to 60 & average 40 mpg..... LOVE IT :-))))

Hi, Been browsing the forum since I bought a 330 smoker..

Had Mitsubishi evolutions for the past 10 years in various guises and states of tune.. Last one 540hp! Used properly for sprinting/track

Unfortunately, time to keep attending events had got scarcer so it sat in my garage most the time and did 2k between mots before I finally let it go.

Picked up 330d e90 few weeks back and I'm liking the 6 cylinders! Might not be as mental but it's nippy enough and a different animal.

Stuck some mv4s on and it's transformed the look and handling, hope they don't crack!

Hi all, I am new to this forum and new to BMW although parents have had them for years. Just purchased a 355i Coupe and now looking for things to improve on it things i have in mind:

Front splitter/lip
Rear boot Spoiler
Retrofit Ipod/dvd to go with nav screen

On another note the emissions light came on the other day and I need a diagnostic cable + software so i can see which part is faulty (if any) I also want it to be able to code for in the future if I get a retrofit kit for the Ipod/DVD thingy.

Any ideas which is cheapest/best?

Thanks

hi everyone!
came across this forum/site by accident & was impressed from the start.
nice to see a site for & about bmw's (and their owners). user friendly as well. i purchased my 56 plated bmw 320d m sport approx 2 months ago (april 2012) and is very impressed. its a manual and can get between 50-60mpg with luxury interior & a nice place to be. i have aftermarket dynamics wheels which are good looking. will keep this for a while i think.

Hey there...

Afternoon guys,

Just a quick hello. I have been lurking for quite some time having fallen in love with the E90 M Sport like a lot of others. Unfortunately with a wedding coming up in 3 weeks I have not been in a position to buy but with that soon to be out of the way, I am now starting my search.

I would ideally like the following on an £8-9K budget;

Age: 2006 onwards

Mileage: 85-90,000 or less

Size: 320 Diesel

Colour: Gun metal, Le Mans or Red

Interior: Alcantara/suede

That aside folks, I am not overly fussy or in a rush. I am willing to travel throughout the UK in an effort to find something well looked after.

Am I expecting too much or is this a reasonable target?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I am pretty inexperienced with BMW's so bare with me if I ask some silly questions from time to time.

Marty

Hi there. I've had my 08 B3 biturbo Alpina cabrio since Oct 2011 and have just found this forum. Love my car (prevoius car was a 3.2s Boxster which was brilliant) but felt I wanted a 4 seat cabrio.
Looking forward to reading and posting here.

Hi all

Just signed up having bought an E90 330i M Sport manual last week. It's a bit of a departure for me having owned a 2-seater (2004 Z4 3.0i) for the last three and a half years, but needs must: I'll be needing more than 2 seats from November onwards when our first baby is due

I've been an active member on www.z4-forum.com and will continue to do so, organising meets, etc. but hope to contribute over on e90post too...

Cheers,
a11y
