FS: Modified CDV for E9x's

SOLD

Hi guys,

I'm selling a modified CDV compatible with 6 spd. E9x's. This is perfect for those who are still under warranty and want to do a CDV delete or if you just prefer to retain a factory appearance while still getting the benefits of the delete.

Asking price is $20. Please shoot me a PM or reply to the thread if interested.

For more info on the benefits of the CDV delete, read the following:http://zeckhausen.com/cdv.htm

And for good measure, here's a picture of the restrictive OE valve. (For clarification, I'm selling the one in the 3 pictures ABOVE. NOT the OE CDV)

Ummm... you know you can just punch the restricter out of the OE CDV with a small screwdriver right?

I don't believe this is the case. I think it must be drilled out.

It's not. I've done it several times.

Just did some quick googling and it looks like you're correct -- it's possible to punch the restrictor out with minimal effort. Regardless, Zeckhausen has managed to sell a hell of a lot of their modified CDV's so there must be a market for them.

Are you mad because I asked a question? The brand doesn't matter, they all serve the same purpose. And oh yea, the one from Zeckhausen is $26 + $10 shipping. Nonetheless, glws.
