Great Job at Impressive Auto!

John and his crew did a great job on my car after I became a victim of a hit and run at a local parking lot mall. I had damages done to my rear side door panel and rear bumper. I am very happy with the results. Flawless paint job and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Impressive to anyone. In fact, John will be working on my mother's front bumper next!

Hit and miss shop....dont let them keep your car overnight, they park it in the street, and damage can occur..

What? No way man...

If they don't have room for your car they straight up tell you they're too full at the moment. I've had this exact discussion with them and they're very uncomfortable about leaving the car outside over night even when the customer requests it.

Not sure where you got your info from...

I picked up my mother's car today. Impressive did another great job! I don't understand why everyone is giving them such a bad rep. Quality work and great price.

Sorry dude you didnt understand my comment or maybe I need to clarify. If you leave your car with them, they will park it inside overnight, but when they open the shop, the cars are then parked outside. There were at least 6 customer cars outside last time I went by, with very little space to separate, and yes on the street. Parking is tight over there. I think this is why there are so many complaints about new damage when customers come to pick up their cars.

Dont get your panties in a bunch dude, just stating the FACTS, lol. Parking over there is very tight and there is a good chance your car will get dinged. Thats why he parked mine on the sidewalk.

a good chance the car will get dinged? by parked cars that don't move?

are you saying the cars from impressive wake up during the afternoon and roll into each other when no one is looking?

i'm not understanding your logic here...

I left both cars over several nights and didn't find any damages. I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely be going back to them. My dad's car might be next...lol
