Angel eye issues

I have a 2007 BMW 335i sedan. My angel eyes haven't been working for sometime now. Initially I thought it was the bulbs but i bought new ones and also check all the fuses and everything seems to be good. I had a local member did some coding for my car and he said that since my car was produced and made in 2006 then my angel eye needed another modification for it to turn on. I'm not very what it would be. I was hoping someone else can help me figure out how to get them on?

Your AEs should turn on when you turn the Headlights on.
if they don't then you have a problem.
start checking voltage or take it to another programmer to see if they have been permanently turned off due to coding.

also in order for your AEs to run as DRLs.
You need a DAEOS Vista Harness.

Installation is easy....but make sure your connections are 100%.

I have a Sept 2006 e90 also and we have a FRM1 module and this is the only way to get your AEs as DRLs.

I just replaced my angel eye halogens with LEDS and DRLs are the same. Not sure what you need that item for.

OK.... Let me get this correct.

1). You Replaced you DRL bulbs....right?
You have a US car.... So your Inside lights (DRL) are off most of the time.
Turn your car on, and with Headlight switch in the OFF position.
Then pull your turn signal Stalk, towards the driver..... And then confirm if the Inside lights (DRL) work?

2) with your headlight switch ON and head lights ON and car Started.
Do your Angel Eyes turn On?
