Something to look forward to with Android Auto

Well I waited to pull the plug in a dynavin or eonon due to the announcement of Android Auto, looks like there's finally a bit more information on what to expect as far as aftermarket head unit support goes! The few different articles I've read hint towards basic obd integration; but a bit of research I did a while ago into the communication systems makes it look like a full integration would be very possible with Android.

I definitely look forward to seeing what this platform becomes over time since the possibilities are quite endless. Definitely not going to settle on a WinCE head unit powered by old hardware now.

Tough call for me.

I'd probably get the Dynavin anyways because I'm willing to bet that a proper E90 version that would fit in our dash with minimum of fuss would be at least 2 years away.
