Is this right?

So I washed the car the other day in a touchless car wash. Weather sucks right now in chicago. Got home, let it sit in the heated garage for a few hours. Washed it with ONR. Then clayed the car with the Clay Magic Fine Grade Clay. Then re-washed the car with ONR. Applied Jetseal and let it cure for 6 hours. Wanted to wait longer but got to impatient! Wiped it off and applied another another coat of jetseal and left it there for 12 hours. Got up, wiped it down, then applied 5050. Is this good enough protection for the chicago winters? Was thinking about applying another coat of 5050 but wasn't sure if this was necessary. The lighting in my garage is not the greatest, yet, so it was hard to truly appreciate the car. Of course, the minute I took it out yesterday, it was raining and snowing. As for the wheels, I applied wheel wax, then some jetseal. So, what do you guys think? Any suggestions? I would love to hear from you guys. Thanks!!

Sounds pretty well protected to me. How do you like the ONR? Does it do a good job?

There's nothing wrong with how he used it, seeing as he used ONR afterward and then sealed and waxed the car.

I like ONR alot. Found out about it last year and thought it was the best thing in the world. I hate a dirty car, so works well. I went through an entire bottle last year so I ordered the big bottle from george! Great stuff! I would have a dedicated wash mitt though, it gets extremely dirty.

Yeah, I would never go through one of those gas station or any of those car washes for that matter. I like to spray the car off to get the salt off first. Then let it sit in the garage for a while before using the ONR.

Thanks zaxjax! Appreciate all the responses. How long fo you think this protection will last? Thinking about doing the same process in march, maybe earlier. Dumb question, can you apply too much jetseal and 5050? Thanks guys!
