75 mm length will work and give you room to run up to 12 mm spacers and shoukd stick out a little if you don't run spacers.. If you don't plan on running spacers, you can go with a shorter stud.
You pretty much have to run open ended lug nuts with the longer studs. Check out some of the vendors on this site in the wheel and tire section. They can answer all your questions. |

Ruthless - Are the Studs OEM length?
I was trying to get longer Studs for saftey. I was told my stock logs might break loose with my aftermarket wheels because they arent long enough to meet BMW spec on turns. I figured I'd just retrofit the studs. |

All of the stud kits should have the same amount of threads that go into the hub. The difference in length is on the other side where the lug nut goes. I think the shortest you can get is a 55 mm which is for no spacers. 75mm you can run up to a 12mm as someone said. 90mm is for a bigger spacer or if you're one of those people who likes to see the threads stick out.
I don't know if you can run closed end lug nuts on any of them, maybe the 55 mm option. This is just my opinion, but I'd get steel lug nuts. Aluminum ones are lighter (not that it matters) but they're very soft. You'll mar them every time you take them on or off and I hate the way they feel when you're tightening them. It always feels like they're about to strip even when you're way below the torque specs. Steel is a little more money and I think you're more limited in colors, but for me they're better. I had aluminum ones for a little while, got rid of them because the color clashed, but for the 2 weeks I had them taking the wheels on/off was troublesome. I have anodized steel open ended lugs on my other car and they've been on and off 50-60 times now without issue. |

I have wheels with aggressive-ish offsets so no spacers needed.
I like the 75mm's Dylanize posted...should be just fine with open ended nuts. Steel studs and bolts as shadow191 mentioned. Thanks guys!!! |
