but i did spot rolls royce phantom with euro plates today in the city on the way back from uni

Honestly i can't believe how much personalised plates cost in NSW, in VIC it's $400 once off, here it's $400 every freaking year!! like WTF!!

that's exactly what i thought when i saw one of them big ass RR's in the city once and the driver stuck his head out the window and spat on the ground i was like dude u've got a lot of money but that's just not cool
