Yea you need to get a video of the engagement.
This video was my old car adding a 25 shot. The increase in power was substantial thanks to the cooling benefits. This 25 shot was closer to a 60-70 shot reducing intake temps from a blazing 200 down to sub 100's. 40 Roll from 3rd (way out of the power band on a torqueless honda) to about 120 I didnt engage nitrous in 2nd as it resulted in absolute wheel spin. Thanks to the advances in tuning on that car I was able to set the engagment point based on several factors. Applied throttle. Minimum amount of boost. Load. and RPM If those prerequisites werent met nitrous would not engage. During engagement the map would switch to add a pre define fuel amount that I tuned and reduce ignition. I had an arming switch so the tune knew I wanted nitrous at those parameters, a Purge kit, a remote opener, pressure gauge and heater. I miss those tuning days Enough rant and thread jack on with the video! Yes my passenger was excited.... |

Dont up the jet, If your running a dry shot try injecting a very small shot preturbos it really works well as it increases the efficiency of the turbos as they are being fed much denser air! The power increase is higher than the amount of nitrous you are injecting especially on a turbo that are or near being maxed out like ours!

Nice setup! I'm so addicted, I'm thinking about adding a 3rd (smaller) meth jet.

Be careful, meth addictions can become fairly expensive!

Just took the car out took forever to warm the car up. It's 40 degrees!! Wow I am very satisfied with the .15 jet and everything looks perfect with a/f and timing as it did with the .09 jet. Car is much faster going from .09 to .15 jet. Closing it down for the winter with nitrous because when the nitrous kicked in I felt back totally kick out with my rft and anything colder the rfl become hard as a rock and traction will further be compromised. These turbo cars really work well with nitrous and at this power level of .15 which equates to a 25 shot roughly I am a satisfied customer. I respect nitrous for its power and will not challenge it for more like others I have seen on this platform. I will leave it for those renegades out there to maximize nitrous and live vicariously through their maximum nitrous gains of rwhp! Now I see what nitrous addiction is all about and can understand someone increasing their jet size and wanting more power! It's indeed no joke when they say best power adder!

On the bigger jet, the JB4 has already saved me a few times specifically when my AFR spiked too high (low fuel level), or I had meth interruption or timing dips. I had a the fuel starvation situation right at the end of my 11.4 at 131.1mph run this morning.
Of course I also set the rpm window, boost pressure window, WOT, etc. Without the JB4 I would have blown my engine already on nitrous.

1 - I have a 3rd meth bung located near the throttle body, so going small will give best atomization due to it's location 2 - My current 2 nozzels are 1.0mm, not sure if I want to go any larger than those
