'Deep green' opinions? Good deal?

Hey guys so i've been looking for a 335i sedan the past few weeks, I'm looking to spend around 25k and it seems all I can find for that price are ones with no options and at least 40k miles. I've seen some nice ones but they all seem to be at shady dealerships and i'm kind of weird about those places for obvious reasons. I recently came across a CPO'd deep green on beige interior. Seems to be pretty loaded aside from navigation and only has 30k miles. They're asking $26.5k for it but have had it a couple months and i'm sure they'd do 25k. I'm really looking for opinions on this color though as I kind of like the exclusivity of it but don't want to grow tired of it after a few months. Also, i looked at the carfax and the very first reporting when it said vehicle was sold it already had 14k miles on it...What does this represent? Here it is:

I think this car would be a great buy. Deep green takes quite a hit on the auction block which is why you're seeing such significant savings. Make sure the tires and stuff are good, and you should be good to go.

Might want to see if it has the oil cooler which wasn't on all cars in 07. Either way it would be a decent buy.

good price and its CPO. the color is probably the reason it hasnt sold yet. if you are ok with the color id go for it. i have a dark green/beige accord that i bought used and at first I didnt like it too much, but now I don't mind at all.

i think after some blacklines and tinted windows it'd look sharp. And @ arctic I'm going to call them tomorrow and talk some numbers and if they give me what I want for my trade i'll probably just drive up on Friday to look at it since it's only 100 miles away, it'd be nice to visit a couple friends I have up there as well. Thanks though!

I've had mine for 2.5 years. The color is one of the resons why I am considering buying out the lease. DGM FTW
