No no...

All runs were with Traction control completely.

The first with DS - revved to 1.5k - no spin, bogged down a little, possibly failed to shift feet quickly enough.

Second was D as I forgot to change it lol - about 1.5k again, lit them up a little bit and off it went, quite nicely, little wiggle but otherwise successful.

Third was DS - revved to 2k and held it quite happily (not remapped remember) and switched feet much more quickly - plenty of spin, then a bit of bogging down, then off very quickly with a lot of fishtailing.

Last was in M - revved to 2k and set it in first, launched with a bit of spin and the car changed to 2nd before dropping back to 1st, running out of gear and popping back up again - whilst it span up it felt fastest but then the gear weirdness occurred.

Could have been my cock up I dunno. Will try again.

completely off i take it?

shift feet quick enough?

when it re-shifts in 1st thats proper bad news LOL. I had that at the pod once,

I also suffered early shift up due to excess wheelspin last time on several runs which killed them.. doh. (killed time)

Main thing is - it was not scary, or difficult to control so I will crack on.

Why not left-foot brake ? Left foot poised at the side of the pedal, slip it off to go.

We do left foot brake... or at least thats what I was trying to do...

I think we both meant 'shift feet' as in move the left one off the brake and the right hard down...

Shift as in shift your fucking arse!

Oh. Careful. Look at what happened when I said they didn't have to even steer ... reducing them to one foot only leaves them one leg to stand on.

You refer to them and yet you have a 335D or so says your profile - so dont you mean we? Or do you mean the English? Or 'us lot' or what? Shall we knife and fork everyone on the forum into little social groups?

Keep your hair on. Did you not notice the smiley ?

By "they" I was refering to those, regradless of which car type or fuel, who go 1/4 mile racing [you have the hang-up about nationality, what brought that up ???].

Have a problem with that ?
