N55 procede v2.5 and e85???
I've searched around a lot through not only this forum but Google as well and have had one hell of a time trying to get any information on tuning the procede for e85 on an n55. I have a pretty healthy tuning background on the Cobb with mazdaspeeds a lot of which ran e85 and loved it. My main question is for anyone out there running e85 are you using an auto tune map or a custom tailored map? If so which user adjustable parameters are you changing for the auto tune maps and what tables are you using for injector scaling, timing and so on if it's a custom map. I plan on doing a lot of testing at lower levels of e85 because in the mazdapseed platform the differance between 3or4 gallons of e85 compared to 100% were neglable to say the least, yeah there was a 5 hp differance and maybe 20 torque but it wasn't worth the risks with that fuel system. The amount of power that was made by the boosted and direct injected motor from the timing advances were crazy. Please if anyone has any information for me on where to start it would be greatly appreciated. I will be posting all my findings and test results here as well. Thanks everybody

Well so far I have 4 gallons of e85 and I am rocking the beta 11-7 maps. I lowered ignition timing to 0 and have max boost set at 16PSI with auto tuning correction starting at 15PSI. I am planning on a low boost high timing tune to take advantage of the e85 and have lower EGT's by not turning the turbo into a flame thrower by pushing 18-19PSI. Can anyone tell me now what tables I need to adjust and how to adjust them in order to change desired timing. I was in the tables yesterday but couldnt actually make any changes to the timing advance tables. Again any help would be greatly appreciated. Im hoping to be able to achieve anywhere from 12-16* timing at most at RL at 15 PSI. I just need to start making small steps but need to figure out how. Please if anyone has any input please let me know. Thanks a lot.

One other question. Has anyone done enough testing to find MBT on the n55 with differant levels of e85. If I had a general idea on where MBT is that would be awesome so that I had a goal. I know the mazdaspeeds was high, a 5/7 mix was 23* I am sure this motor isnt the same but I have a feeling it is upwards of 15-17. Again thanks everyone.
