Pass rear spring sagging?

I recently got new tires and I noticed my rear pass tire rubs now. After looking at both sides it's clear that my pass side is about an inch lower. Is it possible that the spring is shot? If so, how do I figure out the correct part number? RealOEM does not list the PN for springs.

The car is an 09 e92 335i with 105k miles.

I believe all our cars sit lower on the passenger side so they are level with the driver in his seat. But I thought that was only like 1/4”-1/2” difference, 1” difference would be for someone very large lol

I think the shock is more likely the culprit than the spring. Springs should last the life of the car for most people. The new tire while maybe the same size (XXX/XX/rXX), could have a different profile causing slightly different fitment. However, you'd think that change would be noticeable on both sides, not just one in particular

I wasn't aware that the shock could alter the ride height?

It can't, but worn bushings/mounts/pads can.

I was about to quip, "are you sure all the bumpstops and hardware went in...on both sides?"

If it's worn, that is.

Shocks don't support the weight of the car.

Yes, pretty sure. The suspension is stock.

So what's the conciseness on the culprit here: bushings? shocks? springs?

I guess I'll have to take it apart and wait for parts.

A worn shock has no rebound so it won't hold the weight of the car.
The stock shocks are crap.
Mine were gone long before 100K miles.
Wen I took them off, I could compress by hand and they would not push back up.
