led halos- both cars have one out ? not even a year old ?

i own a x6 and 335xi and hardly even drive them, both cars have one side out ... is something wrong here ? bought both pairs from e92-lighting.com

no bmw installed everything at once and yes they worked lol now it looks ghetto .. also do you know what the new 2011 bmw are using for the super bright halos ?
