Where are you? Mine took about 2 weeks snail mail from US to Australia. Did you get a shipping confirmation? Not much point telling us on here - get in touch with them.

There is also a GB in the group buy sention I noticed for anyone else after plugs.

I ordered them from AutohausAZ, gave them to my mechanic friend and he installed them for me. I know nothing about spark plugs, but he installed them without messing with them, just out of the box and into the car, which leads me to assume that they came "properly gapped." Hope this helps.

Forgot to quote you in my post right above this one. I don't think you have to mess with the gap. I didn't see my mechanic doing anything like that other than taking them out of the box and putting them in the car.
