Cobb AP v301 maps - You using Stock or Linear for city driving?
Was just curious. I tried both the Sport maps, and it's definitely not as much fun driving the Linear map in the city IMO.

Ran the aggressive v301 linear map for the last month and totally loved it. Changed to stock throttle map yesterday and love it even more. The linear map was nice but got boring after a while, didn't give the kick in the ass. Just smooth and nice acceleration. The stock throttle map on the other hand does it perfectly.

Haven't tried linear yet but had to uninstall the stock v301 to go in for my HPFP recall today. I've been throwing a boost leak code with the "stock" throttle map, so I'm going to load the linear tonight and see if I still throw the code.

The first map I loaded in my car was the Stage 1 aggressive stock throttle map, that was 2 months ago and I still have not changed it and have no intensions :v) I am sure sport map is fun and all but I can't imagine changing to anything else.

apparently the linear works very well with MT but its very lazy on AT . I am very happy with ST throttle mapping on AT .
I will though use Linear on track days since it allows better pedal feel while cornering.

+1 on Linear as well, that's what I preferred.

Linear!!the st map fools you thinking it's going faster .Why would you want to get 80 % throttle at 20% pedal? When I had the st map I had terrible traction issues .The linear map makes you really feel and control the car properaly !try both and let us know that's the only way you'll know for sure .

I personally do prefer the stock throttle maps for everything street/city driving. For Canyons/Track, I would say that the Linear is the way to go. Again, this is all personal preference so you may want to try them all out!
