Shiv,

It looks like you could put the WG bung right after the 2-1 merge without having to use the housing (allowing turbo variations). Is this option still on the table (even if it uses a WG extender)?

Looks good, keep it coming!

I was wondering about this too. But, there will be A LOT of air moving through those pipes so it might not be an issue. I am guessing the second set of nozzles on exit of IC will be smaller compared to the first set.

SICK!

With the amount of mass airflow i expect, I don't think meth condensation is an issue. Even in the coldest of weather. Especially considering there is another ~2-3 feel of charge pipe plumbing between the FMIC outlet and throttle body. I tested this exact set-up on a 500whp ASR turbo equipped car last week and everything looked groovy. Even in a 40F night. I'd be more concerned with mounting all 4 nozzles at FMIC outlet due to saturation concerns.

That's probably what we will end up doing. I just want to make sure the wg inlet tube is at a nice angle from the turbine inlet pipe.

Sweet I can't wait to see and hear that Turbo in action. Good job Shiv this is why you are a benefit to the community because you are always pushing the envelope. While others are still copying.

Well I guess we'll finally find out where the stock motor can go... watch you not be able to break that thing even with that turbo

subscribed... this is the first I have seen of this project and I am very impressed... good luck with completing this...

and not sure if this is a dumn question, but will this be something you start to sell? Or is this project a one off for you ?

I would certainly be a customer if you are selling these, which I would assume you're going to.

It's way too early to start talking about this. Shiv has said it's a one-off for now. When fueling, tuning, and long term reliability is figured out, then you can start talking about selling them.

Wouldn't wanna spend 13K on all of this and blowing your motor after 10,000 miles lol

The chassis is suspended on a lift 6' above the engine. All we do is drop it periodically to ensure fitment. And it does indeed fit quite well.

Great looking design! Out of curiosity, what is the diameter of the pipes after the dual 2-1 Merge and the final merge of those two pipes? Might just be the pic, but it seems small given the application.

Nice manifold. Thats going to be a complex jig to ensure repeatability.
Never underestimate a pretty weld either.

Are we all still forgetting about fueling? Maybe I missed something but I thought fueling was an issue at 500whp. How about now pushing upwards of 6 or 700whp?

Also, is this going into an automatic?

Obviously the design and concept looks fantastic but what else will need to be done to the car for it to be road ready?
