new exhaust sounds great, smells bad

I'm fully catless And don't smell anything unless I'm right in back of the exhaust .

You would know if there was a leak .And no,gasket seal right away.

No worries. Just keep modding. If its your first catless setup, then your nose will be extra sensitive to the new smell of exhaust. Like I said just drive around and u will get use to the new aroma Of being catless. It's pure BLISS!

Every catless exhaust is going to smell terrible. In fact, if you have an oil consumption issue then that smell will mix with the stench of burning oil and you'll smell even better lol.

Not much you can do other than getting HFC or getting used to it.

The smell isn't that bad at all. And its true that some of the smell will go away after breaking the exhaust in.
