does anyone in the san diego area have any experince tuning Map 6 on a jb4? I have my car at pure turbos in ocean side right now getting the stage 1 turbo installed on my n55. i have everything already wired up to do logs but have zero experince using map 6. if anyone would be willing to help i would buy them a case of beer for your troubles . i am located right by rancho san diego.

i live right next to pure and can help you dial in a map 6 if you bring your computer with you. i usually am home by 5pm so maybe right when you pick up your car....what fuel do you use?

all i have in the tank right now is 91. i usually put a few gallons of e85 in there but i am still waiting on my FF wires. they should be here within the week. that would be awesome if you could help me out! i have a computer that is ready to go. i will pm you my info.

pm replied. yeah with 91 and a couple gals of e85 would only yeild 93 or so octane. so targets shouldnt be higher than 14.5 psi across the boards on a map 6....check the logs then go from there but FF wires are required for more than 15psi

i have a 2008 335i i think my fuel pump gave out long crank and hesitation and got check engine light. Which dealership is best and do i have to remove my jb4 or dci intake.

is anyone in the area interested in making a trip up to fontana to go to the auto club speedway on november 1st to do some runs down the 1/4 mile track? i think it would be cool to make a group trip with some bmw's up there, plus its only 20 dollars to race!

yeah man! just go to google and type in autoclub speedway and click on the event calendar. if you are driving to vegas they have 1/4 mile races there too that are fun as hell, tons of people show up! well at least back in 2000 when i use to live there. let me know if you are ever heading up to fontana or any track in SD.
