Help! Fender Bender!

I had a fender bender this past weekend... The quotes I am getting for replacing the bumper cover + painting etc are about $1000.. I am attaching a pic, and am looking for options on how to proceed

The three options are:
Replace with Mtech it ($1500)
Repair and replace front bumper ($1000)
Attach front license plate (Free)

What are your thoughts... leaning towards the third option here and maybe replace it with M tech in the future.. Thoughts anyone?

THat price seems about right.
Check out DDM Tuning for a M-Tech unit. They sell a good replica at a great price.
