Anyone changed Xenon (Hid) bulbs without removing wheel

Has anyone replaced the xenon (hid) bulbs without removing wheel and inner front wheel cover? How is it possible?

you can do it with out taking out the bumper, just take out the front portion of the wheel liner.. to get access to the bolts you have to turn the wheel out on each side, so if your working on the driverside turn the wheel the the far left. Once you take out the entire wheel liner place it to the side and then you can do both low beams and fogs from there with ease!!!

I changed mine without removing the tire. When you do the driver side turn the wheel all the way left then remove the small access panel in the wheel well. The hangers that hold the lights in are a bitch to take out. Just push them forward and then to the side and they should come loose. Do the same with the passenger side. Just turn the wheel all the way to the right. Good luck!

Never mind I read your post wrong. Its not possible without removing the wheel well trim off unless you want to remove the bumper. Its easy to remove the wheel well trim. You can leave the wheels on.
