The roof tiles on my house have come off in the past and they are a substantial size each. They havent been laid the best and they really rattle and move about in the wind. Sometimes one will slip loose. I'm always hoping in the gales that one doesn't land in the drive again. Probably hasn't happened for 10 years but it would be very messy.

Yes, if you have comprehensive cover. You would claim against the building owner in the first instance, though.
