I just want to make sure before i spend $100 on a cord, is the corner delete possible on a 2006 bmw 330xi?

Yes it is. It's pretty easy. I did it. I have a 2006 325i. And my cable only cost $30. I'm not 100% sure, but the $100 cable is only needed for the 2007+ cars.

Would you possibly wanna help me out? I tried for about 4 hours with NCS Expert, let me tell you, many harsh words were thrown! I can buy BMWhat app if thats what you did and its easier!

When I get home I'll tell you the exact steps. I also tried with NCS and some of those other BMW programs and almost launched the laptop through the car window.

5 minutes later with BMWhat and normality was restored :-)

Then just bought the full version of BMWhat for Android and away I went coding.

I mainly wanted the corner light delete for the sidelights so my halo's were the only lights on. I was also able to code lots of other things but the main one I actually use is holding the lock button to fold the mirrors (and put up all the windows and close sunroof) and hold it to unlock and roll down all windows and sunroof.

Oh and I turned off the seatbelt chime too, that was handy! Let me know if you get stuck and I'll gladly help out

my FRM got bricked after trying this today. I emailed BMWhat and they said to try disconnecting battery for 1 hr and reconnecting smh

oh man! Sorry to hear this dude. Did you use the same adapter I mentioned above too? I first tried with my bluetooth ODBC and got some weird things (although no bricking). So I bought a hard wired cable instead.

I just coded my 06 330xi corners off with NCSdummy, very easy.

Ive coded my car 20 times since getting the app just messing about tweaking things, no issues so far!
