Better Riding RFT's?

I have a 2006 325i with sport package. With the Bridgestone Potenza summers the ride is enough to knock the fillings from your teeth. When I switched to my winters (Dunlop DSST's) the ride was noticebly better, a much smoother and forgiving ride.

With spring around the corner I am thinking of getting ride of the OEM RFT's because my kidneys cannot take the pounding!

I love to drive but for every day use I would be much happier to have a less extreme summer tire in favour for a smoother less choppy ride. Any suggestions for a set of RFT?s Or should I simply switch to non-RFT's?

Thanks

Non-RFT and get the Airman kit from CT.

Maybe you could try Continental ContiPro Contact SSR

But any runflat will give a harsher ride than a non runflat.

Hm... I dun find the 18" OEM RFT that bad but I just ride on it for 1 hr and then have them replaced.

Is your ride quality that bad? Mine is not bad and I still use RFTs... besides, I avoid the potholes. Is that why your kidneys are getting the jolt? Or you driving on the highways and the imperfections in the road is that bad?

I'd definitely recommend going with non-RFTs. I just switched from my winter wheels to my summer 18s and RFT Potenzas and find that the ride is almost unbearable.

Yes it is.....almost made me think twice about buying the car. Looks like I will go the non RFT route. Any tire suggestions would be welcome

Thanks
