Lease Transfer Tax in FL
Hello Sunshine state folks!
Do any of you guys know what is the tax hit by assuming lease from a guy in a different state? Car leased state: NJ Assuming Party: FL I was told that the assuming party have to pay tax to DMV in FL when they go to register it. Do you know how much % and is it charged on the monthly payment or on the current buyout price? Thanks
