Considering E93 335i Convertible...

Dealer is clearing out a MY2009 E93 Convertible.

Black Dakota leather
M-Sport Pkg
Premium Pkg
Steptronic A/T
Comfort Access with Comfort loading system
Paddle shifters
Heated front seats
HD/SAT radio
I-Pod and USB Adapter
MSRP: $60,150
Clearance discount: $5,500

Price after discount: $54,650
Incl TTL: $57,299

(NOTE: according the MY2010 wholesale price list, same spec car is $55,375 before TTL)

Trade in still negotiable, first offer $20k.

I'm not considering lease of financing. Still happy with my 330i, just ran into this one. And sweet she is!
What y'all think?

Convertibles have rattles hear and there, but thats what you have to expect since you want a drop top...This is my third convertible from BMW and by far the E93 rattles the least! Love the car

Is BMW still offering the $4500 "marketing allowance" for 2009 335 models? If so, you should be able to get a much better price on the E93.

It's November 2009 and you're buying a '09 'vert... beat them to death on the pricing!

I got my brand new '09 E90 335i back in October when there were tons of rebates. Deal was too good to pass on... $10k off MSRP!. I know that sedans are generally cheaper, but this really shows dealers are highly motivated to 'give away' those remaining '09s on the lot.

Seems like November rebates aren't as good as last month. If I were you I would probably offer $2500 under invoice, minus the Auto credit ($1260), and use BMW financing to get the Holiday credit ($1500?) but pay it off immediately. Dealer may screw you on the trade-in, though.
