Anyone's car on aphrodite leader?

I think its arriving at San Diego on Feb 15 and Port Heuneme on Feb 17. I think it should only take couple days to get to your dealership if it's around LA and OC. I am pretty excited right now

I don't have a car on this ship, but I have AIS and I am watching for her. Here is the current AIS graphic of the West Coast of Mexico. Normally there are a bunch of ships on this page, up around Baja, but it seems as if the radar is not working at the moment. This happens frequently and it should be updated soon.

Aphrodite should reach the area around Baja about a day before she's due into SoCA. I need to know when she is scheduled to reach PH and if she is going to San Diego. I will check the port schedules to see what her updated schedule is.

Aphrodite is due into San Diego on the 15th and PH on the 17th. I think she will show up on AIS (Baja Area) tomorrow, possibly tonight. I will watch for her over the next hour.

I just found out today that my car is on AL. I left it in Madrid on December 21st and have had no info up to last week when I heard it was on its way.

One site said there was a strike that interupted shipments in Europe - anyone know if that is true?

Hoping for a quick ride from Oxnard to San Jose next week.

Montego Blue 335i convertible, 6 sp manual, sport, premium, sat radio, heated seats.

Can't wait!

Here is a current view of AIS this morning. There are still no ships showing in the Baja shipping lanes. It seems as if the radar isn't working in that area, but I don't know for sure. I will keep an eye on it today.

Thank SPN too bad the radar arent working for now. I know the processing center is 1.3 mile away from Port Hueneme, so it should take 2 at most 2 day to process and 1 day to transport to dealer in Socal ... I am not sure about norcal but it shouldnt be long either...

Yes, there was some kind of shipping strike there when I was in Munich, but it was resolved on the Monday I left Munich 1/14.I'm from San Jose and my car is also on the AL, but the car is going to fremont. Can't wait. Should be about 1.5 weeks!

I'm tempted to go to PH to pick up my car, but I'm sure that'll never work out...

Still no AIS radar in the Baja area this morning. I will keep watching it and the San Diego area. The San Diego AIS radar is working.

It should be within a relatively close distance to San Diego by now, I imagine. Its supposed to hit port at 6 this evening I think.

It should come into view on radar really soon. Here's the updated AIS of San Diego. These AIS radar shots are only updated about once an hour, so what you are seeing now can change a lot by the time we see the next update. I have to leave for awhile, but I will check it again when I get back.

how did i miss this thread? i'm on AL as well.

i didn't know it goes to SD and then to PH. i thought 2/15 is when the car gets unloaded in the prep center, no? i guess not...

someone mentioned their car got from PH to phoenix, az in 2 days. i'm hoping for the same/faster transportation and processing time for NorCal customers.

It will be in SD on the 15th (this evening) and PM on Sunday. I can't believe the car is off the coast of CA!!! I should get the car by next week!

Tell the dealer to NOT wash your car if you don't want swirl marks!
