For asking for sponsorship on here?

I'm running my first ever 10k in less than 3 weeks for the British Heart Foundation.

I'm no runner, so this IS going to be an effort on my behalf.

I know it seems like not a minute goes by without someone asking for money, but I promise this'll be first and last time.

If anyone wants to thow a couple of quid in for an excellent cause I'll be massively grateful.

I like any excuse to give a little to charity, I know I don't do enough, so a little prompting is always good (and at least this way I know it's going into your fuel tank

)...

Massive thanks to those guys that have dug deep and sponsored me. It really is appreciated.

BHF is a fantastic cause and whilst I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to the run, I am looking forward to raising some money.

Fingers crossed I won't need the services of the BHF during the run!
