BMW vs the side of a pole

Okey seems Mrs 'shang had reversed into the side of a pole

She managed to get two panels. Edit: she managed to get THREE panels, although two are the plastic bumper. Oh FFS.

Any ideas?

I considered that, but Im hoping that with the match.com membership fee plus buying a lime shandy for all the new dates, that it could work out cost-effective to repair the car instead.

So any tips for FIXING THE CAR?

It's not that bad and both the bumper and panel can be repaired and repainted. You may have to renew the plastic bumper carrier that bumper clips to on the inside if it's cracked but they are £25 tops. I'm no panel beater but I'd say for a proper job that's no more than a £500 repair.

The quarter panel will be double skinned there so will need rings welded to it, to pull out the tiny dent and then grind, primer and repaint the quarter. You may get someone to do it with filler but i'm not a fan of that stuff. A good bodyshop would be able to do a localised bumper repair and lose it in the corner (i'm not talking SMART repair quality here btw), although most will probably offer you a bumper off and do the whole thing job.
