I'm from SD, but I'll be heading up to OC the night before and meet up with these OC guys there at the Spectrum in Irvine. Not sure where the SD starting point is, or maybe there isn't one? Maybe you should start one, like that one place (that cafe place..I forgot the name) where they usually meet before the SoCalEuro meet.

weird. i've been going the past 4 years and you didn't need to register but yes you did need to pay (for "parking").....

hope they dont change it this year in regards to registration.

Well, apparently they require registration this year. I guess it's for their own stats collection and/or keeping track of attendance. But it's a simple process though, and there are links on this board that you can look for.

This is my first bimmerfest and am looking forward to see/hear what's all theh hoopla is about..

honestly the show itself is cool and fun but after you see all the cars its like what now? its like a big meet that is far from all of us

the drive there is always the best part though! you see modded bmws left and right, from E34s, to E46s, to E92s! all hogging up the fwy

Give me a little more time to work things out, if anything. . . looks like we'd just use last years points. I still havent seen the people who organized it last year do anything about this years meeting points, or even say that they have any part in it. So we'll see. I just dont want to post up some times and places, only to have that other organization post official times/places.

No need for V1. Just travel in the mid rear of the group, if the lead slows down then it's probably for good reason. There will be more v1 than cops out there.
