Update. Looks like I got it figured out. Dustin walked me through every wire connection. I made one mistake, I had the wrong sequence with the pin holes (or whatever you call them) on the grey procede plug. Dustin was outstanding.

But.....took the car out, felt great for a few minutes while I was raising my engine temp....then got the limp mode that a few others have been getting. Tried it a few times, and the same thing happened.

I emailed shiv for the new beta map, hopefully it will take care of things. I'll give a complete rundown on my trials and tribulations after I get everything working perfectly....which I know will happen soon.

Thank Dustin for putting up with me for several days...although I'll probably be talking to you tomorrow.

Glad you've got it worked out. Now, on to resolve your limp mode issues. Enjoy!!!

That's all I did too, just loaded up the map. I'm actually much much better at all this stuff then when I was at the beginning of this thread...which is the main reason I wanted to do the install myself. I mean even the lid to the ecu box was a pain at first...now I've taken it off and put in back on so many times I can do it with my eyes closed.

If I wouldn't have connected the 2 wires from the green loom to the grey procede plug wrong, I would have had this thing licked within 3-4 hours.

Ha ha ha....well, I am an expert at removing the ecu cover...but that's about it!

Thanks for your help by the way, I was about to take your advise and "uninstall" everything, but decided to check with with Dustin one more time. The reason for the problem was mainly that I can't see the numbers on the procede plugs. Then after I found the number sequence on the holes, they were for the black pug....I never thought they would be different for the grey plug.
