Disclose your mods which may help the forum out. What were the most recent changes to your set up?

Bingo, that is your problem...

This has nothing to do with the PROcede if I am understanding this correctly. You removed your catalytic converters? Which ones?

The the code is valid and has noting to do with the PROcede. This is not Vishnu's responsibility.

Shiv can't help you on this one, it's not his software doing it. If you had no piggyback, you would still throw the same code.

Terry is going to be coming out with O2 simms to take care of this problem soon.

There is nothing you can do but clear the code and deal with it until Terry finalizes his solution.

Do your catless downpipes, with same install, work fine in other 335i's?

No. As long a you have a car with newer software, then you will throw a code. If you among the first couple of batches of 335is, you won't throw a code, unless the dealer updated your software like they were supposed to do. It was part of an Emissions update.

Why would someone go through the cost, hassle, and possible damage without doing research about this first?

I'm not sure what you just said there.....

You will throw a code as long as you have those downpipes in your car in their current configuration. Plain and simple.

Did that work for you?

It didn't work for me. I did 1 on each bunghole, but then a code still came on and decided it wasn't long enough to satisfy my bunghole, whereas I gladly accepted 2 in each bunghole, which still threw a code.

This is probably wrong. The airflow through the 335i's stock DPs might be good, but not that good.

They are not the same. The O2 sim is like a tiny PROcede unit that plugs into the ECU. The O2 extenders are simply Sparkplug Nonfoulers bought from any Pep Boys, Autozone, etc.

I forgot the dimension of the extender, you will either have to look it up, or ask someone here if you are going to do it, but from my experience it is a waste of time.
