Hi All,

I have a Performance Steering wheel that came out of my 07...e92 335i. My car had the sports package so it was a straight swap...didn't need anything else. The steering wheel displays following info.

1. Gear Shift Indicator

One of the best mod I ever did made a big diff. how the car felt on the road and looked amazing...I sold the car so selling this wheel...I paid $1250 + installation (not a big DIY person)

For some reason I can't upload photos here keep giving me errors...you can take a look at my ebay listing for the car ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/335i-...#ht_607wt_1182 ) and see the steering wheel installed...I do have the instruction manual of the wheel that came with the wheel so you will get everything....

I don't have any other parts just the steering wheel and the book that came with it....not sure about clock spring etc cause I never needed anything etc when I bought the wheel I took it to a bmw dealer and they installed it for me and everything was working...

Without a clockspring, control unit or harness that are no longer available for purchase? What solution did the purchasers have? I'm interested if there is a viable option.

$850 for a complete kit is still high. This will be a hard sell since parts are discontinued (clockspring, control unit & harness ) for cars that are fully converting...

Well that's a different story, I believe the clockspring can still be had. I believe it's the same as a sport pack x5 with the heated steering wheel option.
