I had a "pleasure" to to drive 535 there. The asking price was $31 888 or something. As it was a buyback I tried to negotiate.... don't even bother - he offered me $50 discount. Extremely pushy, stubborn. After I left they tried to call me every other day till I told them that I bought the car at other dealership. If you do not know dealership games they will sell you anything they want....

I brought an 09 550i for 50k 5k on the miles loaded to the top only option missing was fold down seat and sun shades and heated rear seat . was able to 2k off selling price back in march of this year. nice people to deal with . they are looking for a 550i gt for at this time. you can save alot of money from them. over look some what people say about them all you want is a great deal right.

Please don't take it personally, just saying it's easy for anyone to come on here and pick this thread out of all the other 100,000 to make their 1st post. Kinda makes you raise an eyebrow at why? Are you invested in the company some how? We don't really know do we? If you become an active member on here on a regular basis and we get to know you better then your statement will hold a bit more water, get what I'm saying? It's not even what you bought... it's just many people have had horrible experiences with them so the fact that you had a good one is fine but we'd like to find out more about you before we put value into that statement.

You're more than welcome here, just saying we take things with a grain of salt because we know how easy it is to come here, say something and we have no clue who is saying it or why. Plus a few guys from L.A.X. have come on here before so we don't know who is who.

No problems, if you feel you got a great deal, good and you are welcome to share that. However asking people to overlook the negative comments isn't fair either. People should weight those equally with yours and make their own mind up. The evidence is overwhelmingly against them though.

I’m a long time member but I didn’t post of forum much. But when I’ve seen post about L.A.X. I had to post
I have feedback for you.
This business is shady ,I went there two years ago to take a look at a gray 328 coupe. Everything looked awesome 10k miles, pristine condition, no scratches nor nick simply perfect. Price was good to, 32k for 8 month old car, where invoice on it was 44K. Paperwork was smooth sailing, but just to make sure I asked for a carfax, and guess what. It was LEMON from CA. I declined the purchase, George was very apologetic… so I decided to go with another 328 for the same price and with the same millage ( clean carfax and title). Till this day I was stupid not to walk away. In the last two years I have multiple problems with the car, starting with suspension through rattling noises, drive shaft, transmission, and ending wit multiple electrical problems (fortunately warranty covered everything).
They have cars in great condition in there but something is fishy. Millage on all (7) 328 coupe’s that they had was 10k which was weird coincidence. Prices were also all the same. 32k. I’m not sure about you guys but after my experience I say stay away.
BTW it seams that Chntllm member is either Goerge or Luca…

I also dealt with Luca back in March about my 335i sedan. The price was just unbeatable for 32k miles with full options. And it was my first purchase from a dealer so needless to say I was a noob at looking over the details. So after a test drive, a clean look over the car, and the discussion of price and warranty I signed the papers to buy the car. Once I get home about a week later, Luca calls and says he messed up on the numbers and I still owe like $300 and need to resign all the forms or give him a credit card over the phone. I thought this might be shady so I had to drive all the way back down to Alsip to look it all over and yes, clearly it was a mistake and nothing shady. However, the shady part is that when I took my car to the Patrick BMW in Schaumburg to do a full inspection, the service tech told me if I knew my car was a lemon from California. Luca nor George ever mentioned anything about this when I asked about the car but I guess lesson learned. But I guess I'm fortunate because the car has been absolutely flawless(knock on wood) besides a couple of bad fuel injectors. I'm assuming it was bought back as a lemon due to the fuel pump failures and I now have the 100k warranty'd fuel pump. So yeah, make sure you do your research and read all the fine lines and necessary documents before you make a decision. Don't be afraid to ask questions and ask to see a carfax immediately because you might not be as fortunate as me.

You know they are a bad dealership when they call you from a 'Blocked' phone number. They low balled me on my trade in and gave me $150 off their 335i. Would not even let me test drive the car unless I got the paperwork started on purchasing the car.

Kept sending emails, but I just put a spam filter and gmail auto deletes it.

I bought a 2009 335i from Luxury three weeks ago. I was leery and very cautious after reading all that was written in this post. All the cars I considered had Carfax available for download and yes some of them were lemons (dealer buy backs). No way I would buy dealer buyback but Luxury did not try to hide that they sell them.

I was EXTREMELY happy with how the sale was handled. I did my homework before going to Chicago to ensure that the car was as described. I did pay to have Orland Park do a pre-purchase inspection (Luxury dropped off and picked up the car from Orland) which confirmed the car was as described by Luxury.

Reading these posts I find the people complaining generally:
1. Did not research on the car prior to showing up at Luxury (whose fault is that?) or
2. Tried to negotiate the price (not going to happen)

Do your homework and you won't have any problems with Luxury...

I am one of the few people who also had good experience with LuxuryAutoXChange. I still can't find the same deal anymore. I got a 2008 E90 fully loaded - idrive for $30K out the door. Car had 3,520 miles and was a dealership demo from NJ.

The only bad thing that I have to say about LAX is that the Luca Lucavelli dude keeps sending me spam email and that's a recent development... I think he is the owner or sth, because he was not my sales person when I got the car...
