Coding E90 Mirrors

Does anyone know if its possible to code a 2007 328xi to have its side mirrors fold in automatically after you put it into park or something? Its kind of annoying always having to hit the button when I have to park on the street..

There is. You can have it coded for the lock and open function of the key fob.

You gotta have power folding mirrors first. Open your CAS and then look for spiegel_komfort_einklapp or something along the lines of that. You must also have your windows roll up with the key if you want to enable it properly

Sweet! Can that be done through ncsexpert? I just got all the software downloaded and working on my computer last night. I'm going to try and do the actual coding tonight after work. Hopefully I can get it to work right!

He did state that pressing the bottom to fold them was rather annoying.

Yes. It may vary on the keyword though since you have an 07 e90 but give it a try. Search for e90 coding spreadsheet that should give you direct steps for your car.

Yea i found it, it was exactly what was in one of the spreadsheets I came across. Its soooo much easier just being able to hold the lock button to fold them in.

Good stuff man! I know the feeling. I was dying to code it to my car but unfortunate my car didn't have power folding mirrors in the first place. Since you are in the coding section here. Read up on some more fun stuff to do.

Could you share the spreadsheet? I have all the software downloaded I'm just waiting for my cable.

Yeah works just fine. I had it turned on myself. Then one of the mirrors wouldn't stop in place so I disabled it again
