FS: Any SERIOUS F1 Memorabilia Collectors out there ???
Hi,
Time to let go of some “tools of the trade”, which were at the time, and even more so now, Serious Collector’s Items. All items Marlboro McLaren Race Team issue Hugo Boss made items from 1988-93 (Senna) period: The years when we won 15 out of 16 races in one season, Ayrton won 3 World Championships, and we won the Constructor’s Championship for 6 consecutive years. Cold Weather Team Jacket: XL, Hugo Boss, Duck-Down, Marlboro, Concealed Hood, etc. (Been worn, but as new). Race Day Team Shirt: 17.5" Collar, Marlboro, Hugo Boss, etc. (Been worn, but as new). Race Day Team Trousers: Complete with new belt, Hugo Boss, 34" W - 29" L. (New never been worn). Race Day Trainers: (UK 7.5 - Euro 41.5 – US 8). (New never been worn). Lightweight Waterproof Team Jacket: XL, Hugo Boss, Concealed Hood, No Marlboro (UK & German GP’s only), etc. (Been worn) Not to be confused with much later Mercedes & Vodaphone era replica items freely sold to the public through from numerous “official suppliers” ! You will NOT find these items available in the numerous F1 Memorabilia Shops or on Ebay. I would prefer to sell as one lot, but will split if absolutely necessary - SERIOUS offers please, by PM only. More photos available. Legal Stuff: I have full legal ownership of these items and recognise all trademarks. |

Wouldn't it be a good idea to post how much you want for them?

You are probably right BUT.
As it is very rare for these to come onto the open marketplace, it is hard to know the value, as they say things are worth as much as someone is prepared to pay for them. The only guide I can give, is that 7-8 years ago, one of the better known F1 Memorabilia shops offered £350 for the jacket, and he was obviously going to add a good profit margin. I didn't accept the offer, as at the time I did not want to split the set. |

When Carlos get his eyes on these he will go from 6 to midnight faster than his 335d could get to 60!

Only interested in the Trainers, the rest is too big for him it appears. Which reminds me, he says he wants them, but hasn't actually made an offer yet |
