soo guys who need a trustworthy shop??? this is sure not 1 of them at all because i took my bmw there the other day and this guy was suppose to install my clutch as i baught a clutchmasters clutch fx100 and the whole point was that he was suppose to call me and let me no my flywheel is fu!ked?? he put the clutch in and didnt even call me to tell my the flywheels no good so he still continued to put everything back with the clutch and than called me to tell me my flywheel is no goood? and he alsoo tells me that if i get a flywheel now its gone cost me another 475 to install back so 475+ the other 475 which i already paid him to install the clutch?? so i took it to bmw they took it apart and they said that the clutch was put on backwards ??!@#$%^ like wa diii fackkk i calld ivo hes like o no i done million cars this that this didn't even call me back to tell me how my cars going or running what type of mechanic does that like please first of all if he was a good mechanic he would of left the flywheel and everything aside call me and told me that yes we have to change the flywheel but now this costing me over couple of g's cause i still got to buy a new flywheel and a clutch because my clutch got fuckddd tooo so now im stuck but all i would like to say is dont go to ivo if you want your car to be living because my sure aint at all right now wasted my time my money so ivo columbus is not the shop to be thanks

I would personally bring my car to real BMW trained mechanic. Price is not always whats important when working on our baby.

This is not first bad thing I hear about Ivo, not every thing is posted on net.

I personally would look for someone with many years BMW experience .

I started going to Ivo pretty early on when only Dzenno and Farley were vouching for him and I have no complaints and I can see why he has become the goto shop now for a lot of people.

I'm a very obsessive and anal person when it comes to how work is done and I'm a perfectionist and I've never had any issues with Ivo. Like I mentioned before if anything else is wrong with the car even if it's not related to the work being done Ivo always calls me over, pulls out his light and shows me what's up and explains it all to me in detail. Sorry to hear about your experience, doesn't sound like the typical experience people have there.

I just want you to know that I almost died of lack of oxygen due to this post because there is not a single PERIOD in this whole paragraph.

Your story is so flawed, when you tell a mechanic just put it back together and let's hope for the best, that's what you got.

He is just upset because he has to do it twice now.

Hmmm, not sure what to believe here....

I went to do a valve cleaning, oil change, intake/CP install and rear brake pad/rotor install and he did a great job. On top of his quality work, patience and great price!! I can't say that I was displeased with anything he did.

Sorry to hear about your issues man.

Btw, going to BMW to take care of our "babies" is bs...they do hack jobs just as much as the next guy and they charge $$$ for it too. I wouldn't trust them with my car ever, just saying....

I had him totally tear apart my 2008 335i and put it back together, with the new parts and with no issues.

And I am getting ready to do it again with the 2011 335is.

Only Ivo and myself touch my car, not even my wife, and all she is allowed to do is seat in it!
