My parents live in a semi rural area here in WA, so I do my loggings when I visit them.

Once I drive about 15 minutes from their house after 10pm and pull off onto a side street, I usually don't see another car again...

FYI in terms of an update, I'm asking WedgePerformance directly for his opinion on whether I'm hitting boost levels higher than I'm meant to be

You don't really need a tuner to tell you that. As long as you have a good log we can give some input.

Yeah I understand, but I wanted to confirm with him what peak boost should be.

His reply was this: "switch to the v6 maps. they are much more stable. 6.1 is current and 6.2 will be out soon."

Fair enough.

FWIW, I am on v6.1 and found boost is quite stable and that it is a lot smoother than v5.

Sorry for taking so long to get back on this!

Switched over to MHD V6.1 Stage 1 + FMIC with linear throttle activated.

Here is a 2nd gear pull:
http://datazap.me/u/fuji/2nd-gear-pu...og=0&data=4-23

I noted on some other logs I've done that the peak boost increases to 18-20 with throttle closures.
http://datazap.me/u/fuji/some-2nd-ge...1&data=4-23-26
Should I be concerned about this?

TIA!

FUJI. You need to do a proper log mate, theres no shortcuts!
3rd gear manual mode, traction control off, start from 2000rpm, foot all the way to the kickdown switch so that you get 100% pedal, rev her out to at least 6500rpm then change into 4th, after 1 or 2 seconds you can back off and them the log is complete.
You need to do it this way to give correct boost & load readings etc...
Stop being a fairy pants and just do it!
