Decided to upgrade from the 3 to something bigger, perhaps an SUV. Up for sale is my current:

2009 LCI 335I sedan with a little over 28k miles. The car has been a pleasure to drive and i've had absolutely no issues with the car since i've owned it. I purchased the car with a little over 8k miles from a fellow bmw enthusiast who moved out of the country on business. The car has been serviced at Rallye and Habberstad BMW in LI, NY. All service is up to date. The only mods I have done is replace the retched run flats with Continental DWS all season tires. Overall the car is in excellent condition with NO dings or dents anywhere. In full disclosure, there are some nicks and scratches on the front and rear bumpers from daily wear and tear. The interior is also mint. The car has never been modded or raced.

No accidents / clean carfax. Vin available upon request.

BMW Ultimate Warranty in effect till mid 2013.
