Frightening sounds from left front wheel

Was driving last night coming home from the city. Pulled up on a driveway, and when I was pulling back I turned my wheels fully out....started rolling forward and hear the most ear piercing metal on metal screetching sound ive ever heard. Its not my brakes, as it only occurs when the wheel is rolling. So I stopped, got out in the rain, and started trying to see if there was anything I could visually point out as wrong. Nothing.

Get back in the car, start turning the wheel lock to lock side to side, and I hear a clunking popping sound from the front left, and then when the car rolls forward, no more screetching. Interesting nonetheless, still no reason as to why, I figured it was a large stone or something that hopped up and maybe got lodged in there.

Today, im driving and when I get into my parking garage and go over some bumps I hear a bit of clunk/very soft clunk from my front left suspension/wheel. Not a clue what it is, and cant go to a shop for a day or so...any ideas?? I'm lost

**for reference:
-I have koni fsd/eibach pro kit (not newly installed..had them for a bit without any issue)
-recently had an alignment (1 week ago)

I had a TPM sensor break off inside the wheel sounded horrific. But was all the time when driving yours doesn't sound like the same thing.

a little clucking noise over bumps? - may be suspension arm bushings.
