aerodynamic boot spoiler for e93 install??

hi all. purchased spoiler from dealership expecting it to be a case of using 3m tape or adhesive to attach to boot. looking at it there are 2 threaded bolt holes on each end of the spoiler. i spoke to dealer and said all you need is adhesive. bodyshop said it should be bolted on, im confused. any ideas?

I don't have experience installing this particular OE piece but RealOEM shows BETA link along with the spoiler and no screws...looks like you just need BETA Link.

have one of these beta link and it will never come off on its own, have tried it without part 3 but spoiler flexes in the middle so needs to be installed
