I'm a commercial real estate broker and I work with property management all the time. In Colorado, a landlord can't lock you out of the Premises unless the Tenant is a certain period of days late on rent (per the negotiated Lease) or a sheriff's eviction. Curious how late HPF is.

It's pretty simple. If you have money tied up with them for a pending order, contact your credit card company and/or bank to retrieve your funds. You won't be receiving whatever you purchased.

i must have got the last HPF gen 2 Exhaust, i have a feeling this will be worth MORE money later because of how rare it will be lol. That sucks for HPF this exhaust is AMAZING and i literally got it like a month ago

Sucks to see something like this happen, on paper 175k doesn't sound like a lot but it can be crippling to any business. Unfortunately a lot of small businesses are highly leveraged on inventory and/or credit because they feel cash in hand can't give them a rate of return as high as reinvesting it into the business.

Also there are ways for those empowered employees with extensive privileges in their perspective company to go without jail sentences, cold turkey-- while embezzling tens of thousands of dollars. There are still repercussions just not jail....
