So I bought a 335i like new. No accident no damage. No replacement parts or anything for 26k well I traded mine in for 19k and it was a 2011 328i value package one and 45k miles on it also it was out of warranty and in texas. You only pay tax on the difference amount so I also saved like 2k on tax plus this 335i has comfort access, sport package, premium package, heated seat, Sport alloy wheels, back are wider then fronts and that sporty seats. And sunroof/moonroof. And more features. Oh and adaptive headlights.

Yeah it's called staggered. Sports package = sports seats by default. All E9x BMWs come with a sunroof. Adaptive xenon headlights are standard on the coupe. Anyway Congrats.. BTW is it XI?

Auto sales tax in Texas is only 6.25%... So you saved $1,187 not $2k.

Congrats on the upgrade.

Also, in looking back at the original posting, I'm not sure how great of a deal this is. It's out of warranty and it has 45K miles on the odometer. I would say this was priced just right on their end...seeing as the same vehicle with a CPO at a BMW dealership likely would have been around 28K. If we standardize the value of a CPO warranty as being somewhere in the 2K range, then 26K is spot-on. Regardless, if you're satisfied with the deal you got, then congrats. Make sure to get the extended care warranty to protect yourself.

You mean the extended warranty. Extended care just covers spark plugs, wipers, oil changes, and topping of fluids.

Right, I tend to get the two mixed up.
