I-Drive Freak Out!
Has anyone ever experienced their i-drive shutting down then rebooting itself? This has happened numerous times both while driving and while stopped. It was fine until I brought it in for service where they replaced my fuel injectors and spark plugs. Yesterday it went in for the HPFP recall and they checked the i- drive...said it was fine. Drove home and it happened again! Any thoughts?????

Is your phone connected via bluetooth? My boss had a problem w/ his blackberry completely freezing his iDrive sometimes when it connected.

The only unusual thing I have ever had with iDrive is that the navigation failed to work once - just said unavailable. When I restarted the car it worked. Probably a computer brain fart for me. As for you, I have no idea
