It looks akward because the front bumper is higher off the ground than the side skirts from the angle of the picture. To make it look nice, it would need a lip of some sort to bring down the front a little, and a moderate drop. Agree though, there are better pre lci bumpers out there but this one has potential with the right lip and setup!

Obviously everyone else has already disagreed with me, but I'm actually really feelin it... Don't get me wrong, I LOOOOOVE the mtech bumper... But is there really another E90 out there that needs another mtech bumper??? I'm def gonna give this bumper a shot. I have titanium silver and my opinion is that its gonna look insanely aggressive.. I hope when I get it you all will agree.. Or @ least be kind if you don't!!! @ least I will be one of few that DOES NOT have an mtech bumper...lol

I love it, im ditching my m-tech for this. You need a slammed car to pull the look off imo

Is that the OEM performance bumper? I thought the Mtech or the new sport bumper for the LCI's had the indent above the lower middle grill... That bumper is nice, but it's just too plain where the license plate should be. If it had the indent like the LCI mtech in the middle (again, where the license plate should be) to better match the lines of the car, i think it has serious potential. But by itself, I prefer my mtech 100%.
Eitherway, it doesn't look bad, and i commend the uniqueness. Kudos! |

I do think it'll look better on lighter colored cars as well as if the car was lowered significantly. |

Wow....amazing how new headlights, kidney grills and hood lines and performance stripes makes ALL the difference.

I'm the pimp with the car and went up to MW-Design to get the bumper installed. The guys were great. Yes the car needs a drop but the XI really only does well with V3s so I'll do that sometime this summer, but I'm in no rush. I'm no fan of the slammed look at all but it needs about an inch in the front and maybe 1/2 on the back is about the most I'll do. Here are some different angled pics:
