richmond dealership
Hi,
I was curious what kind of experiences have people had with autowest bmw at the richmond automall. Do you think they are good dealership to deal with? I have not heard much about them. |

I think it comes down to the individual person you work with. There have been both positive and negative experiences posted on forums about Autowest. I just ordered a 335 couple from Autowest and it went smoothly for me. I compared prices to Brian Jessel and Park Shore and Autowest gave me the best deal.

search the forums for other threads
i think you'll find a good amount of discussion on the forum; in previous threads about each dealership. it's pretty much down to personal preference and how you get along with the sales associates at each place. do a quick search and you'll find plenty of discussion on all 4 GVRD dealerships and their pros & cons. there wasn't a real clear consensus on which one was best, as every person has a unique experience.
best of luck in your search, and ultimately, it's what you're happiest with in terms of a car and price. that's what counts

i ordered from autowest recently, but to be honest with you, the BMW Store on Burrard would probably have given a better deal...if ur looking to trade, i think autowest low balls ur value more than other dealers...

autowest actually gave me a better deal than the bmw store
bmw store just wouldn't match the price i got from autowest...even though my family got a 525 from them in less than a year |

really? wow...i got almost the exact opposite experience! BMW Store's starting offer in terms of discount was already less than a couple rounds of negotiations with auto-west!

If you are talking about the building going up at Shell and Cambie that is the new location for Autowest. They are moving there this spring. It is much larger than their current location and has a bunch of eco-friendly features I understand.
