Misaligned headlamp washer

Hi
Anyone know how I fix this? It works fine but isn't lined up properly. Is there a bracket behind that I can adjust? How do I get to it?
(sorry for the pic quality - I know, I need to clean it too!)
Cheers

Can't you get someone to do your washer, when it pops out just twist it slightly?

Washer clips into frame behind bumper on three non-adjustable points.

You need the bumper off to play with it, so its not so easy.

Bumper may need slight adjustment on its screws, or likely one side of the cover is no longer clipped onto the washer piston.

If it wont retract properly, then you need a new washer piston, no fix.
