Just callled Eisenhaus, gave my name, number, and what I bought.
Said I will be getting a call back in half an hour. Going to go install shift knob.

everyone has a different agenda and mine one is simple. (Mind you, just like san~man, I can't reveal much since I have made legal agreements with Eisenhaus). We may have different views and different values. So my best recommendation is to call them.
EDIT: Crap I broke my "not post again rule". Well this is really the last one from me on this thread.

Interesting so do we know what models were affected yet?
Its nice that a bunch of people are going to let eisenhaus off the hook and get away with another fraudulent skeem like they have in the past and continue like nothing happened by getting some customers to sign something regarding confidentiality and most likely the customer giving up his right to prosecute or sue. Good one eisenhaus. If I find out mines fake I will prosecute! Its not about the money its about the principal at this point.

Sorry to copy this from another member, but I too spoke with them and the following is correct...
Please don't ask me to give you any specifics, because everything we discussed was confidential and recorded, but I can say that my situation is resolved and will be closed once the appropriate paperwork is drafted and signed by all parties involved. I can't disclose anything in my situation, as that would jeopardize my resolution and I will NOT risk getting my situation resolved just to share the details with anyone else. I'm sure you can understand that. Those of you who called in to Eisenhaus should be getting calls soon. All I can say is that although Eisenhaus did do wrong, they are doing their best to bring closure to this situation. For that, I give them due credit. Thank you to Tim, Jason, and John for making an effort to right a wrong. Good luck to everyone else. They are fixing the problem to the best they can.. Thanks TIM!! |

Well I was told they would call me back in 30 minutes at
5:50pm. Well its 7:00pm now and Im about to head out so its not my fault if I miss the call.

Wow. fwiw, I really hope you guys stick up for every last fellow customer. No man left behind here.
I can see the logic of a seller working deals with manufacturers around the world to get the best product at the best price. I don't care where a part is made. But deception, then secretive legalese back door deals? Have we heard from Eisenmann today?

Ask me why I have never and will never do business with any vendors that aren't close enough for me to walk in the door at their store. Would rather spend more on my mods than deal with headaches.
